Liebe Alle,

das LeZ Jahr ist bis hierhin turbulent, lebendig und schnell. Die großartige 1. Jahresversammlung am 18.06.22 ist mit Sicherheit ein Highlight des LeZ Jahres. Wir möchten uns an dieser Stelle noch einmal bei euch bedanken, die dies miterlebt und möglich gemacht haben! Wir haben es als tolles Miteinander erlebt und freuen uns mit Euch weiter durch das Jahr zu gehen.

Anbei senden wir Euch die Abstimmungsergebnisse betreff Raumvergabe an Gruppen, Themenbeauftragte Personen und Zielgruppenbeauftragte Personen. Alle Abstimmungen wurden einstimmig befürwortet. Die Zahl der Stimmberechtigten schwankte im Verlauf wegen hinzukommen oder verlassen der JV von einzelnen Personen. Der Wahlausschuss setzte sich aus 2 Personen aus dem Kreis der Teilnehmenden zusammen. Vielen Dank auch dafür!

Außerdem anbei ein Fotoprotokoll der tollen Flipcharts unserer Moderatorin Anja Huber. Alle Abstimmungen sind bis zur nächsten Jahresversammlung gültig. Für Anliegen, Ideen, Vorschläge, Projekte, etc.... ist jedoch immer Raum: wendet Euch einfach ans hauptamtliche LeZ Team (Miri und Katja).

Save the Date;): wir haben uns schon um einen Termin für die nächste Jahresversammlung 2023 gekümmert. Am Samstag, 30.09.23 findet voraussichtlich also die 2. Jahresversammlung LeZ statt und zwar wieder in der Glockenbachwerkstatt. Der Biergarten der Glockenbachwerkstatt und das Team dort haben uns eine tolle, einladende, nachbarschaftliche Atmosphäre bereitet und wir freuen uns dort nächstes Jahr wieder beherbergt zu werden.

Wir wenden uns an alle gruppenverantwortlichen Personen in einer extra Mail wie es nun weitergeht;). Auch die themenbeauftragten Personen bekommen eine Mail. Fotos der Jahresversammlung und die Übersicht/Timetable der Gruppen werden wir ebenfalls so schnell wie möglich online präsentieren.

Dear All,

The LeZ year has been turbulent, lively and fast up to this point. The great 1st annual meeting on 18.06.22 is definitely a highlight of the LeZ year. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you all again for witnessing this and making it possible! We have experienced it as a great togetherness and are looking forward to continue with you through the year.

Enclosed we send you the voting results concerning the allocation of rooms to groups, theme representatives and target group representatives. All votes were unanimously approved. The number of those entitled to vote fluctuated during the course of the meeting due to individuals joining or leaving the JV. The election committee consisted of 2 persons from the participants. Many thanks also for this!

Also attached is a photo log of the great flipcharts by our moderator Anja Huber. All votes are valid until the next annual meeting. For concerns, ideas, suggestions, projects, etc.... there is always room: just contact the full-time LeZ team (Miri and Katja).

Save the Date ;): we have already taken care of a date for the next annual meeting in 2023. So on Saturday, 30.09.23 the 2nd annual meeting LeZ will probably take place and again in the Glockenbachwerkstatt. The beer garden at the Glockenbachwerkstatt and the team there have provided us with a great, welcoming, neighborly atmosphere and we look forward to being hosted there again next year.

We are contacting all group responsible persons in an extra mail how it will go on now ;). Also the persons responsible for the topics will get a mail. Photos of the annual meeting and the overview/timetable of the groups will also be presented online as soon as possible.
